Now based in Broome, north-west Western Australia, Leanne has a passion for life and a determination to stay positive. She chose at a young age to surround herself with many inspirational characters and shares her story of family, business, travel, personal growth, award-winning success, adversity and possibility.
Faced with a tough decision, Leanne sold her award-winning event management business in 2006, refusing to give up on creating work/life balance. Today she has built her business success from home around her number one priority – her family – through property, personal development, online marketing and jewellery design: one day soon she will complete her book on ‘CHOICES’.
Leanne is making a difference and enjoying the journey of life.
Leanne Oshea, Life Choices Now

Leanne, you are one very inspirational leader. You were the creator of the oh so famous Kimberley Moon experience, you make a difference in any community you are involved in and are loved by so very many.
You are the perfect example of being able to make anything that you set your mind to happen. I admire how you make any business florish and help others achieve the same.
I am forever grateful for who you are, a divine, honest, caring and very loyal a business woman with a very switched on brain!! Thank you for being a fantastic example for so many.
Here is one lady who deserves a whole lot of recognition.
I have watched Leanne grow and continue to grow in so many areas. Leanne has overcome challenges which would not only stop most people in their tracks but also make them negative and bitter. Unlike most Leanne chooses to be thankful for the experiences and lessons her challenges have taught her.
Consequently Leanne with her experiences and brilliant attitude to life is also a brilliant mentor and friend.
Life is not about what happens to you but more about how you respond to all the experiences of life and the choices you make.
Leanne is certainly a person who you could benefit from using as a point of reference when discovering the skills to help you approach your world in a brighter way.
Achieving work life balance is vitally important if you want to feel fulfilled and achieve everything you want in life. Life is sometimes like juggling, keeping all the balls up in the air. One thing I know that you can only keep it up for awhile and then some balls start to drop and your life falls apart.
So find what is really important, what are your values? Then make sure that everything you do is in line with your values and your life will be in balance and you will be one with the world. Life is for living well and loving well, start with yourself.
I support my friend Leanne in her vision of life.
Leanne is inspirational – she has left quite the legacy here in the East Kimberley, we’ve been left swimming in her footprints!
Leanne is a very determined and resilient businesswoman.
She is a big thinker, she embraces a challenge.
She is amazing!
Leanne is the person responsible for introducing me and my music to the community of Kununurra and the rest of the world. Had I not performed at the KME, I would not have had the courage or opportunity to take my music as far as I have.
Through starting the KME she not only showed a community how to take pride in their wonderful town but also gave the young people of that community an opportunity to shine.
She’s inspirational!
Leanne is making an enormous difference. I am deeply grateful for everything she has taught me about work and life balance, about being true to myself and about the importance of family. I see Leanne as a teacher, a mentor, an astute business woman and leader, as a real person, willing to share her wins and her challenges and, most of all, as a wonderful friend.
